Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in financial services or custodial work, experience with Pershing or similar systems, and proficiency with Microsoft 365. The position offers a practical, detail‑oriented environment with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in the financial services and/or securities industries.
• 1+ year of Pershing or other custodial experience.
• 1+ year of administrative assistant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication skills, independent self‑starter, attention to detail, and compliance/security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Utilize organizational skills and technical prowess as an Operations Support Specialist.
• Greet clients and guests, consult clients for template approval, and assist with scheduling appointments and general technological inquiries.
• File and scan documents, log and track checks and receipts, and open new accounts for clients.
• Complete general office maintenance, supply management, mail processing, and other special projects.
