Job summary

Boly:Welch in Lake Oswego, OR is seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to join a close-knit financial services team. You’ll greet clients, assist with template approvals, schedule appointments, and handle general technology inquiries with a keen eye for security and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guests, consult clients for template approval, and assist clients with scheduling appointments and general technological inquiries.
• File and scan documents, log and track checks and receipts, and open new accounts for clients.
• May be requested to complete general office maintenance, supply management, mail processing, and other special projects.

Utilize your stellar organizational skills and strong technical prowess as our client’s next Financial Operations Specialist! In this role, you’ll wield your commendable communication skills to greet clients and guests, consult clients for template approval, and assist clients with scheduling appointments and general technological inquiries. If you have any experience with document management, it may be your greatest asset as you file and scan documents, log and track checks and receipts, and open new accounts for clients. You may be requested to complete general office maintenance, supply management, mail processing, and other special projects.
