Job summary

Aldrich is seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to join our team in Lake Oswego, Oregon. This pivotal role focuses on delivering exceptional client service and support while enhancing client experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach, and have a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a hybrid work environment, expecting in-office presence at least 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a financial services firm.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with alternative investments and SMAs.

Responsibilities

• Execute service and operations needs for Schwab brokerage accounts.
• Coordinate new client onboarding and complete custodial paperwork.
• Maintain client records in CRM and portfolio management software.
