Job summary

WorkCare in Scotts Valley, CA is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide health care services at a large-scale construction-site clinic. The role supports medical and safety efforts with 20 hours per week, day shift, on-site.

You will manage first-aid, testing, vaccinations, and returning-to-work clearances, maintain health records under HIPAA, coordinate with the Medical Director, and contribute to client reporting.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in California.
• Unrestricted DEA license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications; 3+ years occupational medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-aid, medical treatment and follow-up for workers.
• Perform regulatory testing, TB tests, immunizations and blood/drug testing as needed.
• Maintain employee health records and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate clinic operations with Medical Director and WorkCare staff.
• Provide return-to-work clearances and case management.
