Job summary

WorkCare Inc is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support medical and safety efforts at a large-scale construction site in Boise, ID. The role requires on-site presence and a schedule of Monday and Tuesday 6:00am to 4:00pm.

You will provide first-aid, occupational medical services, exams, immunizations, and health data management while complying with HIPAA. Idaho licensure, DEA license, ACLS/BLS, and 3+ years in occupational medicine are preferred; compensation is

Qualifications

• Active Idaho NP or PA license with national certification.
• Unrestricted DEA license required.
• Current ACLS/BLS certifications.
• At least 3 years in advanced practice, occupational medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-aid and medical treatment per Workers’ Compensation standards.
• Conduct on-site wellness and preventive services.
• Perform TB tests, immunizations, blood draws, and drug testing as required.
• Maintain employee health records and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and WorkCare on clinic issues.
• Manage reporting and data entry for employee health information.
