Job summary

WorkCare, Inc. is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to support medical and safety efforts onsite at a client location in Berkeley, CA. The position runs Tue/Thu, 7:00am–5:30pm, with an hourly pay range of $80–$85.

Key duties include performing OSHA exams, return-to-work determinations, first-aid and medical treatment, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records. Collaboration with on-site RN, clinic staff, and client management is essential.

Qualifications

• Active California NP/PA license required.
• DEA license required.
• ACLS/BLS certification current.
• At least 3 years in occupational medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite medical and safety efforts at Berkeley client site.
• Perform OSHA-related exams and return-to-work duties.
• Maintain health records and HIPAA compliance.
• Provide first-aid and medical treatment as needed.
• Coordinate with on-site RN and clinic staff.
• Ensure client reporting and case management.
