Job summary

UGI Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to support the Synthica St. Bernard RNG facility and ensure safe, reliable operations. The role emphasizes electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and data recording in the CMMS.

The position requires 5+ years in E&I/automation, a technical electrical certification or degree, and experience with SCADA systems and pumps, motors, and conveyors. Compliance with NFPA 70/70E, NEC, and OSHA is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical certification in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Automation.
• 5+ years in E&I, automation, or controls.
• Experience in RNG, oil & gas, or waste treatment facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pumps, motors, compressors, and conveyors.
• Diagnose electrical faults using meters and SCADA.
• Keep CMMS work orders and equipment histories up to date.
• Follow NFPA 70/70E, NEC, OSHA and LOTO procedures.
• Inspect and service anaerobic digesters, gas upgrading, and wastewater tech.
• Review electrical drawings and P&IDs for field implementation.
