Job summary

Worker’s Justice Project seeks an Operations Manager to lead on-site operations across two Brooklyn worker centers and a Deliverista Hub network, ensuring safe, welcoming, and efficient workplaces. You will manage facilities, IT coordination, vendor relationships, and day-to-day administrative support.

The role requires strong nonprofit operations experience, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate multiple sites with diverse staff.

Qualifications

• At least four years of progressive experience in operations, office management, nonprofit administration, or related field.
• Experience with immigrant organizations is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based business apps.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for two Brooklyn centers and Deliverista Hub network.
• Liaise with building management, vendors, and contractors for facilities and repairs.
• Coordinate office repairs, space planning, and inventory management.
• Ensure IT systems, devices, and databases function effectively.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate technology implementations.
• Support staff and ensure compliance with administrative systems.
