Job summary

LexisNexis Command Center IT Operations in Miamisburg, Ohio, seeks a Supervisor to lead day-to-day production support, coordinate shift activities, and drive major incident response. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment. Work is on-site, Sundays to Tuesdays with every other Saturday, 6:00 p.m.

to 6:30 a.m. ET, with US citizen clearance. The successful candidate will oversee monitoring of systems, workflow automation, and vendor coordination,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field or equivalent work experience.
• Leadership experience in a technical or operational environment (supervisor/lead/mentor).
• Experience leading major incident response in a production support environment.
• Experience coordinating people, priorities and resources in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making, troubleshooting, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including explaining tech issues to leadership.
• Broad technical support across production, enterprise environments, cloud/networks, or automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift activities, priorities and staffing coverage.
• Coach and mentor Command Center Production Support Analysts.
• Monitor production systems, enterprise services and network infrastructure for availability and performance.
• Coordinate recovery of content-processing workflows and job streams during incidents.
• Investigate alerts, identify recovery actions, and escalate as needed.
• Lead major incident calls and coordinate cross-functional teams to restore service.
• Document incidents, changes, and service requests; drive continuous service improvement.
