Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Nampa, ID is seeking a Production Lead for B Shift to supervise daily production, assign tasks, and drive quality and efficiency across a small team.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in manufacturing, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. The shift runs 6pm–6am on alternating Saturdays and Sundays through Tuesday, with a 10% differential.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School diploma is required; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Two (2) years of related experience is required; Two (2) or more years of related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign work based on daily department needs; ensure quality products and achieve department metrics.
• Conduct people leader activities including approving time off, performance appraisals, coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Communicate daily schedules and goals to employees and support staff to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure personnel are trained to the appropriate assembly build instructions and comply with training requirements.
• Support and lead improvement initiatives to enhance safety, cleanliness, product quality and efficiency; develop new solutions.
