Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Production Assurance and Resiliency - Operations team member to provide production application, system, and network support. The role covers monitoring, triage, and incident management on a 24/7 basis with a Monday night-Thursday night shift from 10:30pm to 9:00am.

You will support internal and external customers, maintain documentation, and help ensure secure, reliable processing of files and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience or on-the job training.
• Must be able to work different schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, IBM Mainframe operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and ability to communicate clearly and professionally under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, policy compliance, and ability to follow documented processes and procedures.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to internal and external customers, researching and resolving issues according to documented procedures and escalating to appropriate on-call staff as needed.
• Monitor all production applications and internal systems to ensure delivery of input/output files and troubleshoot missing deliveries.
• Identify and report system issues, perform triage, escalate when needed, and document communications and incidents.
• Create and maintain documentation of operational processes to conform to audit requirements.
• Document all support events in the ticketing system to enable effective knowledge base usage.
