Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Nampa, Idaho, is seeking a shift supervisor to oversee daily production activities on our D Shift (6pm–6am on Tuesday nights and 6pm–6am on Wed/Thu/Fri nights).

The role includes supervising two or more team members, coordinating schedules, and driving quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma (Associate degree preferred) and 2+ years of related experience, with strong leadership, communication, and training skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Two years of related experience required; two or more preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign work and ensure quality while meeting department metrics.
• Conduct people leader activities including time off approvals and performance reviews.
• Communicate daily schedules and goals to staff and supervisors.
• Ensure proper training on assembly build instructions and adapt staffing to schedules.
• Lead safety and process improvements, driving quality and efficiency.
