You will oversee time-critical shipments, SOP adherence, and cross-functional coordination with customers, carriers, and internal offices to ensure seamless execution of NFO logistics solutions. Ideal candidates bring proven supervisory experience in logistics, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while driving KPI performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in logistics supervisory roles.
• Experience with time-critical shipments (NFO/AOG) is preferred.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise NFO Time Critical Specialists and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Oversee SOP adherence, order processing, and KPI tracking for the NFO team.
• Engage customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of shipments.
• Lead process improvements and SOP updates to enhance service quality and cost efficiency.
• Contribute to strategic integration of the NFO team within the broader operation.
