Qualifications

• Two years of relevant construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all construction activities through to the New Home Orientation.
• Update construction schedule daily and schedule trade contractors.
• Perform PCO/PSI/PDI/PDO/QAI/NHO inspections and follow-up on closing day.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, safe jobsite.
• Manage trade contractors to meet milestones and budget.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with buyers.
