Job summary

Hakes Brothers is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee all construction activities from pre-construction through the New Home Orientation (NHO). You will ensure the build schedule is followed, coordinate trade contractors, and maintain site safety and cleanliness.

Daily tasks include updating the construction schedule, managing inspections, and following up after closing to address warranty items. Strong communication with buyers and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Required: At least two years' relevant experience.
• Preferred: High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all construction activities through to the New Home Orientation (NHO).
• Update the Construction Schedule daily and schedule all trade contractors.
• Perform the Pre-Construction Orientation (PCO) to New Home Orientation (NHO) and follow up on closing day.
• Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and ensure trade partners comply with safety programs.
• Communicate with buyers to meet target dates and keep projects on schedule.
