Job summary

Hakes Brothers is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through closeout. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality homes, maintaining schedule accuracy, coordinating trade contractors, and ensuring safety and customer satisfaction across the build process.

The candidate will manage daily schedules, perform critical inspections, and lead teams to meet production milestones while upholding the company’s safety standards and quality

Qualifications

• Required: At least two years' relevant experience
• Must own or have access to a vehicle for daily work
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Supervise all construction activities through to the New Home Orientation (NHO).
• Update the Construction Schedule daily and schedule all trade contractors.
• Perform pre-construction and quality inspections (PCO, PSI, PDI, PDO, QAI, NHO) and follow up on closing day.
• Complete 30-day warranty follow-up and address items within the first 30 days after closing.
• Maintain site safety and cleanliness; ensure trades comply with safety programs and SWPPP requirements.
