Job summary

Lennar Homes is seeking a New Home Consultant for our Fayetteville, AR community. This on-site, full-time role guides prospective buyers through the new home process, including tours, feature presentations, and pricing discussions.

You will manage contracts, coordinate with internal teams for closings, and maintain accurate records in CRM while nurturing relationships with agents and local partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in guiding buyers through the home purchase process.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong prospecting, follow-up and closing skills.
• Comfort with presenting product options and pricing to buyers.
• Ability to work with internal teams to close transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify visitors, conduct model home tours, and present community features.
• Explain product options and pricing to buyers and coordination of contracts.
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships with agents and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closing and accurate records in systems.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current on market trends and Lennar’s offerings.
