Job summary

United Built Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to join our on-site team in Bentonville, AR. You will guide prospective buyers through selecting custom home plans, reviewing features, pricing, and financing options.

You will greet and qualify leads, conduct model home tours, present product details, and respond to inquiries. You’ll also prepare sales agreements and coordinate with construction and finance teams while maintaining records in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong service orientation.
• Experience in New Home Sales and general sales activities (prospecting, follow-up, closing).
• Strong negotiation skills for pricing and contract terms.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for in-person, phone, and email.
• Ability to absorb product, financing, and regulatory information.
