Role Description The New Home Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Fayetteville, AR, responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the new home sales process. Day-to-day activities include greeting and qualifying visitors, conducting model home tours, presenting community features, and explaining product options and pricing. The role involves managing sales contracts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth closing process, and maintaining accurate records in sales systems. The New Home Consultant will follow up with leads, nurture relationships with real estate agents and local partners, and participate in sales meetings and training sessions. This position also requires staying current on market trends, competitor offerings, and Lennar’s Everything’s Included features to provide informed guidance to buyers.
