Job summary

Huxley is seeking a Dynamics NAV / Business Central Analyst to support a NAV 2009 environment while driving the migration to Dynamics 365 Business Central. This on-site role in Aurora requires collaboration with business and IT teams to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing ERP performance.

Responsibilities include end-user support, requirements gathering, testing, training, and documenting processes. Manufacturing domain experience is preferred and a strong problem-solving mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong ERP process knowledge across manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, purchasing, sales and finance.
• Experience gathering requirements and working with business stakeholders.
• Involvement in ERP implementations, upgrades or migrations.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Dynamics NAV users across departments.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and resolve system challenges with end users.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders during NAV 2009 to Business Central migration.
• Support testing, data validation, UAT, training and go-live activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve ERP processes and usage.
• Assist with reporting, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Create and maintain process documentation and procedures.
