Job summary

Huxley in Park Ridge, IL is seeking a Dynamics NAV / Business Central Analyst to support NAV 2009 while guiding the move to Dynamics 365 Business Central. This on-site role acts as a bridge between business users and IT, providing ERP support and process analysis.

You'll gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, assist with testing and go-live activities, and partner with stakeholders during the NAV to BC migration.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes including manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, purchasing, sales, and finance.
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.
• Prior involvement in ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Dynamics NAV users across multiple departments.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and work directly with end users to resolve system challenges.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders and implementation teams during the migration from NAV 2009 to Business Central.
• Support testing, data validation, user acceptance testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and ERP utilization.
• Assist with reporting, integrations, and system enhancement initiatives.
• Create and maintain process documentation and system procedures.
