Job summary

Huxley in Park Ridge, IL is seeking a Dynamics NAV / Business Central Analyst to support the NAV 2009 environment while guiding the migration to Dynamics 365 Business Central. This full-time on-site role partners with business users and IT teams to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing ERP support.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on NAV/BC experience, strong requirements gathering, and the ability to balance production support with project work.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong ERP process knowledge across manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, purchasing, sales and finance.
• Experience gathering requirements and working with business stakeholders.
• Involvement in ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Dynamics NAV users across departments.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and work with end users to resolve system challenges.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders during NAV 2009 to Business Central migration.
• Support testing, data validation, UAT, training, and go-live activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and ERP utilization.
• Assist with reporting, integrations, and system enhancements.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
