Roundhouse is seeking a Transaction Coordinator in Boise, ID to manage multifamily real estate transactions from start to close. You’ll own the master timeline, track deadlines, and coordinate across internal teams, ownership, lenders, brokers, and legal counsel to keep every deal on track.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years coordinating real estate transactions, excellent organizational and communication skills, and experience with document management and project-tracking tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years coordinating real estate transactions, property transitions, or multi-party projects, preferably multifamily or commercial real estate.
• Track record of managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders without dropping details.
• Exceptional organization and strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort setting pace and following up with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with document management systems, spreadsheets, and project-tracking tools.

Responsabilités

• Own the master timeline for each transaction, including contingency periods, closing dates, and lease-up milestones.
• Build and maintain audit-ready files across full transaction lifecycle; collect and route contracts and due diligence materials.
• Coordinate with ownership, lenders, brokers, vendors, legal counsel; provide timely status updates and accountability.
• Lead recurring transaction meetings, set agendas, capture decisions, and follow up on action items.
