Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Property Management, Real Estate, or related role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of Fair Housing requirements and local housing laws.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly property reports with key metrics.
• Develop and manage property budgets and ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Manage rent collection, accounts receivable, and evictions when necessary.
• Maintain financial records and prepare stakeholder reports.
• Foster positive resident relationships through clear communication.
• Oversee leasing process, background checks, and marketing for vacancies.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor relationships, and on-site teams.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and safety standards.
• Lead internal meetings to support team communication and performance.
