ONYX Multifamily Group in San Marcos, Texas is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join the onsite team at Ranch at 1856 in San Marcos. The role focuses on keeping occupancy high, managing resident accounts and ensuring strong resident experience while supporting the Property Manager in daily operations.

You will participate in leasing activities, quality control, reporting and team leadership to keep the community performing at its best.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of onsite multifamily/property-management or leasing experience.
• Hands-on experience with resident accounts, collections and delinquency management.
• Understanding of the leasing cycle from prospect through move-in and renewal.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements and best practices.
• Strong customer-service and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Property Manager in day-to-day operation and performance of the community.
• Manage resident account activity, including rent collection and delinquency follow-up.
• Maintain accurate resident ledgers, files and account documentation.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, renewals and transfers.
• Support lease enforcement and renewals, and respond to resident inquiries.
• Help leasing efforts by touring prospects and following up on leads.
• Review applications and leasing documentation for accuracy.
• Monitor occupancy and leasing activity, prepare reports and assist with admin tasks.
• Walk the community with maintenance to meet ONYX standards and support on-site team.
