Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager – Multifamily to join our on-site team at a multifamily community. You will assist the Property Manager with leasing, rent collections, financial reporting, and delivering exceptional resident service while maintaining operational standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in multifamily property management or leasing, with experience using OneSite/Yardi and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in multifamily property management or leasing.
• Knowledge of property management software (OneSite/Yardi) and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and state lease documents.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing, rent collection, financial reporting, and resident service.
• Assist the Property Manager in overseeing community operations.
• Process renewals, move-ins, and move-outs according to lease requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance on service requests and property inspections.
