Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a multifamily community. This on-site role supports leasing, rent collection, reporting, and resident services under the Property Manager's direction.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in multifamily management or leasing, familiarity with OneSite/Yardi, and knowledge of lease documents and Fair Housing laws. Weekend coverage may be required, with a focus on resident satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in multifamily property management or leasing.
• Working knowledge of property management software (OneSite/Yardi).
• Familiarity with state lease documents, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly leasing, occupancy, and financial reports.
• Maintain accurate resident records including rents, deposits, and leases.
• Assist the Property Manager in overseeing all community operations.
• Process rent payments, fees, deposits, and issue notices as needed.
• Support leasing, move-ins/outs, renewals, and marketing efforts.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other housing regulations.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training for the team.
