Job summary

CONAM Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 900 F Street Apartment community in San Diego, CA. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance, mentor on-site staff, and ensure timely work orders and resident satisfaction.

The role is full-time with a comprehensive benefits package, requiring hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work and carpentry. You must be available for on-call rotation and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent.
• 2+ years of multi-family industry experience preferred
• 1-2 years in a supervisory role strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry

Responsibilities

• Coach the maintenance team and monitor performance against goals.
• Train staff on maintenance, safety and customer service procedures.
• Assist Community Manager with annual budget and bid recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Perform and oversee routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance needs.
• Ensure safety and operational standards in all activities.
• Possess a valid driver's license and drive locally as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
