CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Pacifica Palms Apartments in Escondido, CA. This full-time role oversees the on-site maintenance staff and ensures timely completion of work orders while upholding safety, quality, and curb appeal for residents.

You will coach the team, participate in budgeting, manage preventive maintenance, and respond to after-hours emergencies in rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• 2+ years in multi-family industry preferred.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive locally.

Responsibilities

• Coach maintenance team and monitor performance against goals.
• Train staff on maintenance, safety, and customer service.
• Assist in budgeting and bid recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with state laws and CONAM policies.
• Perform and oversee routine preventative maintenance.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance.
