Job summary

Roundhouse is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Morrow Apartments in St. Paul, MN. The role leads the maintenance team, runs inspections, unit turns, and manages vendors and capital projects to keep properties safe and ready for residents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property maintenance experience including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and preventive maintenance
• Proficiency with maintenance management software and basic Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians, housekeepers, and groundskeepers
• Oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections (property, fire, pool, annual)
• Manage make-ready schedules and unit turns with inspections
• Own vendor relations, collect bids, support CapEx planning
• Monitor budgets, approve purchases, and manage inventory
• Keep accurate records for work orders, inspections, and training
• Partner with Community/Regional Managers on budgets and priorities
