Job summary

Roundhouse is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor at Morrow Apartments in St. Paul, MN. You’ll lead the maintenance team, run inspections, unit turns, manage vendors, and oversee capital projects with the Community Manager to keep the property safe and ready for residents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property maintenance experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards and preventive maintenance
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians, housekeepers, and groundskeepers through daily assignments, training, and quality control
• Oversee repairs, preventive maintenance and inspections (property, fire, pool) and resolve code issues quickly
• Manage budgets, unit turns, and vendor relationships with the Facilities Manager
• Monitor maintenance records, schedules, and on-call rotations
