Job summary

Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to oversee multi-family construction in Boston, Massachusetts. You will supervise teams, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain documentation for projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the multi-family construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs the efforts of MCRT Punch Carpenters and Laborers.
• Prepares punch lists and ensures completion of all related work.
• Monitors subcontractor compliance with project safety policies.
