Job summary

The Assistant Superintendent will join the on-site project team in Revere, MA, overseeing construction activities within the region and reporting to the Lead Superintendent and General Superintendent.

Responsibilities include supervising punch carpenters and laborers, coordinating inspections with local officials, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring safety and quality standards across subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the multi-family construction industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs the efforts of Company Punch Carpenters and Laborers.
• Assists in coordinating and scheduling jurisdictional inspections and testing with building officials.
• Creates, maintains, and updates project schedules and ensures tasks are completed on time.
• Monitors subcontractor work to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards.
• Maintains documentation and filing related to the project.

Education
