Job summary

Mountain Management Group in New York, NY is seeking a Project Manager for multifamily construction to support the Construction Executive. This role will manage subcontractors, help craft client proposals, and oversee contract administration on diverse projects.

You will coordinate with preconstruction, estimating, and scheduling to develop accurate estimates and tight project timelines, while directing the team to deliver safe, on-time results on small-scale on-site projects.

Qualifications

• BS in a Construction related field preferred.
• Multi-Family Construction experience required.
• Podium, Wrap, Construction software experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Construction Executive in interacting with subcontractors.
• Partner with the Construction Executive in the drafting of client proposals.
• Partner with the Construction Executive on contract administration and management.
• Work with preconstruction, estimating and scheduling on project estimate and schedule.
• Provide direction to the project team to complete the projects safe and on time.
• Perform on-site Project Manager duties on small scope projects.
