The role requires 3–5 years of construction PM experience in Philadelphia, strong communication, and the ability to work with diverse teams to deliver high-quality homes on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional construction project management experience.
• Experience with building in the city of Philadelphia and knowledge of city ordinances, RCOs and L&I.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Manage labor, equipment and materials daily.
• Coordinate with management, engineers and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and local codes.
• Maintain project schedule and quality control.
• Review plans and order materials; manage site budgets.
• Conduct site safety inspections.
• Perform quality inspections.
