Job summary

CHN Housing Partners is seeking a Property Manager for Multi-Family Erie Square in Cleveland, OH. The role manages daily operations, leasing, and resident relations on-site, ensuring HUD/OHFA compliance and property safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of related experience as an individual contributor.
• Knowledge of HUD, OHFA and fair housing regulations; strong property-management practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of one or more residential properties or communities.
• Walk the property daily to ensure security and safety of systems.
• Oversee leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and other support activities.
• Manage property budgets, collections and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate resident services with the resident service team.
• Complete regular reports and inspections; ensure audits and inspections are timely.
