Job summary

Cotality in Irving, TX is seeking a Contact Center Customer Care Associate to handle inbound mortgage escrow and tax inquiries, delivering accurate solutions and excellent service. You will train on-site for 4 weeks, with an option to work remotely on Fridays, then follow a hybrid schedule (1 day on-site, 4 days remote).

Expect to use multiple systems such as Salesforce, Cisco Finesse, and Calabrio to support customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or support experience.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, MS Teams, Google Suite, or equivalent.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls (approx. 22–25 per day) for mortgage escrow/tax inquiries and provide accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and utilize internal tools for next-level resolutions and guidance.
