Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Device Repair Technician who loves technology and hands-on repair. You’ll travel locally in a fully equipped company van and perform on-site smartphone, tablet, and electronics repairs for customers.

This role offers paid training, uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits as you help people stay connected. You’ll work independently in the field with flexible hours, including weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Experience in electronics repair or hands-on mechanical work.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Strong communication and customer-first mindset.
• Willing to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and devices.
• Provide on-site repairs while delivering a great customer experience.
• Educate customers on device protection plans, accessories, and support options.
• Manage daily route and maintain inventory in the mobile workspace.
