uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Repair Technician who travels locally in a fully equipped company-provided van to diagnose and repair mobile devices on-site. You will deliver convenient service, educate customers on protection plans and accessories, and manage your daily route with inventory in your mobile workspace.

The role offers paid training from day one, uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, or hands-on mechanical work.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a daily schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
• Deliver high-quality, on-site repairs with a focus on customer experience.
• Educate customers on device protection plans, accessories, and support options.
