Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is hiring a Mobile Device Repair Technician who travels locally in a company van to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics on-site. You’ll deliver convenient, high-quality service with a focus on customer experience and upsell options while maintaining your route and inventory.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience repairing electronics or hands-on mechanical work preferred.
• Customer service or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move between customer locations in a company van to diagnose and repair devices.
• Perform high-quality on-site repairs with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on protection plans, accessories, and support options.
• Manage daily route and inventory inside the mobile workspace.
