Lpc is seeking a skilled Mobile Engineer in Dallas, Texas, responsible for HVAC and building systems maintenance across multiple properties. You will perform technical and mechanical functions to ensure energy efficiency and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of field experience or equivalent training.
• CFC training preferred.
• Understanding of OSHA, NEC, and NFC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and building systems.
• Conduct site inspections and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with tenants and staff.

Skills

HVAC training and certification

Field experience or technical training

Bilingual in English and Spanish
