Job summary

Key Auto Group's Salem Ford is seeking a Dealership Mobile Service Technician to support mobile repairs and service across the region. The role focuses on acquiring and managing mobile service accounts, performing repairs on Ford and Lincoln vehicles, including recalls, oil changes, and other routine work.

You will schedule onsite appointments, manage routes to maximize on-site work, with 75% or more time spent at customer locations and 25% driving between sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as an automotive technician.
• Ford experience preferred but not required.
• Able to effectively communicate with customers over the phone and in-person.
• CDK and Xtime experience are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and services to Ford and Lincoln vehicles including recalls, oil changes, and other services.
• Schedule onsite appointments and manage route to maximize on-site work.
• Maintain a clean appearance for the Mobile Van and tools.
