Job summary

Capital Ford of Charlotte is seeking an experienced Automotive Mobile Technician to provide on-site service at customer locations, delivering professional maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs with the independence of a mobile role.

You will travel to various customer sites, perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and communicate findings and recommendations clearly. A valid driver’s license and ASE certifications are a plus, with competitive pay and dealership support behind you.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive technician experience, with a focus on mobile service.
• Ability to diagnose and repair diverse vehicle makes/models.
• Strong communication to explain services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to provide on-site service and repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tires, brakes, inspections).
• Diagnose mechanical concerns and perform quality repairs.
• Explain recommended services to customers clearly.
• Maintain organized tool and parts inventory and adhere to safety standards.
