Job summary

Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships seeks a Ford Mobile Service Technician to provide on-site vehicle maintenance and light repairs at customers' homes or businesses. You will operate a Ford Mobile Service van, perform routine services, and diagnose minor on-site issues while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Requirements include 2+ years in automotive tech, ASE preferred, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
ASE certification(s) preferred or willingness to obtain.
2+ years of automotive technician experience (Ford experience preferred).
Must have evening and weekend availability.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance at customer locations (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.).
Diagnose and perform minor on-site repairs using Ford tools.
Operate and maintain Ford Mobile Service van and inventory.
Communicate vehicle condition and needed services to customers.
Coordinate with dealership service for parts and scheduling.
Document work with digital service tools.
Ensure safety guidelines and Ford standards are followed.
Be a brand ambassador delivering exceptional customer service.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
