The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction safety, experience with energized systems, and certifications such as CHST/ASP/CSP. Join a team delivering critical data center and manufacturing infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction safety experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience in live operating facilities (data centers, hospitals, utilities).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and permit-to-work processes.
• Formal electrical safety training and experience with lockout/tagout.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction safety oversight across active retrofit and infrastructure projects.
• Facilitate safety readiness reviews before mobilization.
• Audit contractor safety programs, work plans, permits and risk docs.
• Partner with project teams to identify and mitigate risk before work begins.
• Conduct daily field observations and safety inspections.
• Support electrical safety, lockout/tagout, and hazardous energy control.
• Verify compliance with fall protection and high-risk work requirements.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action tracking.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through coaching and engagement.
• Maintain safety reporting and regulatory documentation.
