SLS Consultants LLC is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to support the construction of a large-scale hyperscale data center campus in Kansas City, MO. You will lead site safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with leadership, trade partners, and clients throughout project delivery.

Responsibilities include audits, training, incident investigations, and reporting safety metrics.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Environmental Health & Safety experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Data Center, Advanced Manufacturing or similar complex construction exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• OSHA 30 certification required; CHST, CSP or equivalent preferred.

This individual will be responsible for driving site-wide safety performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a proactive safety culture, and partnering closely with construction leadership, trade partners, and client stakeholders throughout project delivery.

• Lead all site Environmental, Health & Safety activities for a hyperscale data center construction project.

• Promote a proactive safety culture across all contractors, subcontractors, and project personnel.

• Conduct routine site audits, inspections, and safety observations.

• Serve as the primary EHS resource for project teams, clients, and field personnel.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of Environmental Health & Safety experience supporting large-scale construction projects.

• Data Center, Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial, Mission Critical, or similar complex construction experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices.

• Experience conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.

• OSHA 30 certification required; CHST, CSP, or equivalent certification preferred.
