Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction safety management experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Safety Management, or related field; Master's degree a plus.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices.
• Experience on large commercial, industrial, energy, mission critical, or infrastructure projects.
• Data center experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site walks, audits, and safety inspections.
• Partner with contractors and project teams to identify and mitigate risks.

We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to support large-scale construction projects by leading site safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving a strong safety culture across project teams. The Safety Manager will work closely with project management, contractors, and subcontractors to conduct site inspections, monitor EHS performance, manage incident investigations, track safety metrics, and support risk mitigation efforts throughout the construction lifecycle.
