Job summary

Barlovento-LLC is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager in Panama City, FL with 5 years of DOD construction experience. The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management and have RMS 3.0 software knowledge, plus a Corps of Engineers CQM certificate.

A 30-hour OSHA or EM 385-1-1 training certificate and willingness to travel are required. Access to Federal Military Bases will be necessary, and the applicant must pass security background
