Job summary

The H-J Family of Companies is seeking an experienced Microsoft Cloud Administrator to join our Information Technology team. You will administer, secure, maintain, and optimize our Microsoft cloud environment, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and hybrid Active Directory.

Located on-site in High Ridge, MO, this role demands a customer-focused approach, strict security practices, and a drive for automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Active Directory administration experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure administration.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments in a corporate setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, monitor, and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Manage Entra ID (Azure AD) and on-premises Active Directory infrastructure.
• Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related Microsoft services.
• Manage Azure subscriptions, virtual machines, virtual networks, storage resources, and cloud services.
• Monitor tenant health, performance, availability, and overall cloud utilization.
