Job summary

The H-J Family of Companies seeks an experienced Microsoft Cloud Administrator to join our Information Technology team in High Ridge, MO. This role will administer, secure, and optimize our Microsoft cloud environment across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and hybrid Active Directory infrastructure.

Reporting to the IT Director, you will implement security controls, automate repetitive tasks with PowerShell and Azure CLI, support end users, and partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud platforms and security controls.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, monitor, and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Manage Entra ID (Azure AD) and on-premises Active Directory infrastructure.
• Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related Microsoft services.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Azure CLI to improve efficiency.
• Monitor tenant health, security, and compliance; implement RBAC and MFA.
